Charlotte Potter makes dreams come true for little girls who love to twirl! With tiers of fabric, the Isabel Elyse dress has the perfect fullness and weight to glide through the air as your little one spins in circles. The neckline is rounded and slightly scooped with a beautiful band of Cluny insertion between the yoke and skirt and a wider lace at the hem. The dress combines a tucked front and back with slightly gathered flutter sleeves, offering a unique design. A built-in slip makes this dress comfortable and easy to wear. The dress is included in the issue’s pattern envelope in sizes 2–12.

The pattern and instructions for the ladies’ version (sizes XS–XL) can be found in the issue’s pattern envelope, while the pattern and instructions for the girls’ version (sizes 1–14) are available as downloads for this issue.
